Glenmore Community Association

The GCA will hold its Annual Meeting on February 23, 2012, at 7:00 PM in the Glenmore Country Club. All residents and owners are invited to attend. This page contains links to all the supporting information.

The meeting will include the election of three new Directors, as well as a summary of the status of the Association, and plenty of opportunity for members to ask questions or address the meeting on any topics.

Three new Directors for the years 2012/2013 will elected. The candidates selected by the Nominating Commitee are David Breneman, Jim Colbaugh, Leif Karlsson, and Michael Monticello. Votes cast at the meeting will be added to votes received in advance from on-line voting and manual ballots. Visit to the voting site to view the candidates and their background information. If you have received a security code by email, you may also vote on-line at this site. Ballots and on-line votes submitted prior to the meeting must be received by 5 PM on Wednesday February 22, 2012.

In order to same time at the meeting, board members have put together these Activity Reports summarizing the major activities and current status of the Association in 2011.

The Treasurer has issued these Financial Reports, comprising the 2011 year-end balance sheet (Statement of Financial Condition) and the Income and Expenditures (Statement of Operations) for 2011 and budget for 2012.

The meeting will vote on approving these minutes of the 2011 Annual Meeting.
