Glenmore Community Association

When Glenmore property owners sell their home or lot to another purchaser, they are required to provide the purchaser with an "Association Disclosure Packet" as stipulated in the Home Owners Association Act of the Code of Virginia, Section 55-509. This document must be prepared by the homeowners' association within 14 days of a request being made. The GCA will provide such a document, in electronic or printed form, for a fee of $100. Electronic format is generally preferred as there are many pages.

Very often the realtor will make arrangements to obtain the Disclosure Packet, but you may also make a direct request using this form. It will be directed to the bookkeeper responsible for assembling the packets, once you press "Send".
