The CARB is composed of between five and eleven members, one each nominted by the BCA and the SHA, and the rest nominated by the GCA Board of Directors. Current members are:
As provided for in our Covenants and Restrictions, the CARB has the responsibility for approving any alteration, building, or landscaping on common areas within Glenmore. In practice this is extended to oversee the maintenance of such areas, and to recommend improvements to maintain or improve aesthetic appearance.

The ARC, formed in 2010, has the responsibility of approving alterations to buildings, structures, or landscaping on members' properties within Glenmore. (These were previously the responsibility of the developer through the ARB, but were formally transferred to the GCA in October 2010).
Members of the Architectural Review Committee are nominated by the GCA Board of Directors. Current members are:

This committee, reformed in 2010, is responsible for managing the ongoing resurfacing and maintenance program for all Glenmore roads. It also provides guidance to the board on any other issues relating to road use.

This committee has the responsibility to oversee the operations and management of the gatehouse functions, including visitor access procedures, equipment and maintenance, data management, and management of the Securitas contract.

Members of the Security Liaison Committee are nominated by the GCA Board of Directors. Current members are:
This committee acts as a liaison between the GCA board, Albemarle County Police Department, Albemarle County Sheriff's Office, the Neighborhood Watch, and Glenmore residents on issues relating to security. It is responsible for organizing police patrols, video equipment surveillance, and security education for the community.

The FOC provides an independent oversight of the financial dealings of the GCA board, and is comprised of experienced financial professionals. Working with the board Treasurer and book-keeper, they ensure that appropriate procedures are being followed, and that the bank balances match those reported in the monthly accounts.
Members of the Financial Oversight Committee are nominated by the GCA Board of Directors. Current members are:

The CIC is an ad-hoc committee comprised of the following volunteers:
The Capital Improvements Committee is a new group of volunteers, under the leadership of Cole Hendrix, which is developing a five-year Capital Improvements Plan. The purpose of the plan is to ensure that property values are maintained by enhancing the ambiance and attractiveness of our commmunity.
