Report Common Area Maintenance Problem

The GCA is responsible for all maintenance of Common Areas, following the guidelines established by the Common Area Review Board (CARB). If you feel that there is a maintenance issue which needs to be brought to the attention of the GCA, please use the form below, which will be directed to the CARB's Maintenance Manager, who will get back to you on the problem.
