Common Area Review Board (CARB)
Responsibilities

The CARB (Common Area Review Board) is established under provisions of Article VII, Section 10 of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of Glenmore. Its purpose is “to maintain a consistent character for the community and to ensure that common areas are well maintained.” Policy guidelines have been established for the appropriate use and maintenance of all common areas. The guidelines cover, Tree Policies, Signs and Mailboxes, Maintenance Procedures and Use of Common Areas.

Meetings Schedule

The CARB meets monthly at 1:30 PM on the second Monday of each month.  Due to the coronavirus, all CARB meetings are being held using online tele and video conferencing apps. Please contact Tim Durrer, gca@glenmore-community.org or 434-956-3898 to get the neecessary online credentials should you want to attend.
