Common Area Review Board (CARB)
Responsibilities

The CARB (Common Area Review Board) is established under provisions of Article VII, Section 10 of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of Glenmore. Its purpose is “to maintain a consistent character for the community and to ensure that common areas are well maintained.” Policy guidelines have been established for the appropriate use and maintenance of all common areas. The guidelines cover, Tree Policies, Signs and Mailboxes, Maintenance Procedures and Use of Common Areas.

Meetings Schedule

Meetings of the CARB take place monthly at 1:30 PM on the second Monday of each month in the Pinnacle Room of the Glenmore Country Club. The next scheduled meeting(s) are show below.
